What shipping methods and providers are available ?

At the moment we offer our standard delivery of 5 - 7 days working days for products from the DESAFRI Fashion Marketplace.

We ship via EMS , Aircargo – and our extensive door-to-door delivery team.
As always, we aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

How am I charged for shipping if I purchase items DESAFRI Online Fashion Marketplace ?

You will be charged (product cost + shipping and handling rates) ;- Our regular shipping rates apply relatively to your delivery locations.

How long do deliveries usually take?

DESAFRI Online Fashion Marketplace orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

a.) Delivery within Cameroon

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders are delivered 2 to 5 days within Cameroon. If you prefer express delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

If you are shopping more than 1 (one) item, we advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

b.) International Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 days on all international orders. Delivering time includes processing and transportation time We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
